Intelligent Fertigation System
Constitute:
Mainly consists of suction passages, flow meters, EC detectors and indicators, PH detectors and indicators, fertilizing pumps, control systems, control cabinets, etc.
Operating principle:
While achieving automatic control of electromagnetic valves for field irrigation, it is also possible to automatically inject the mixed fertilizer/acid into the irrigation system by monitoring EC, pH, and flow rate.
Characteristics:
-
It integrates fertilization and control functions. In addition to controlling the fertilizer suction channel and injection pump, it can also control the operation of external electromagnetic valves and one main valve or water pump, maximizing user satisfaction.
-
The control system features both manual and automatic modes, allowing users to switch between them conveniently. Optional mobile remote connection control is available, compatible with both Android and iOS systems.
- The fertilizer suction channels utilize Baldr irrigation venturi fertilizer injector, ensuring reliable system operation and convenient maintenance. It supports up to 8 injectors, with 3 channels included as standard. Each individual suction channel allows adjustable fertilizer intake ranging from 25 L/h to a maximum of 1000 L/h
- EC and pH meters enable real-time monitoring of the EC and pH values of the applied fertilizers, displaying the readings on the EC and pH meter for user convenience. This allows users to adjust the fertilizer application rate in real-time according to their needs and regulate the fertilizer intake by controlling the valves on the fertilizer suction channels.
- The system includes pressure monitoring and alarm functionalities for incoming water, along with automatic protection features. In the event of equipment malfunctions, the system can automatically halt operations.
- Equipped with an industrial-grade LCD touch screen, facilitating on-site observation, operation, and usage for users.
- Utilizes advanced sensor technology, PLC technology, and computer control technology. The control system adopts a 2-layer network topology structure.
- The lower layer utilizes Siemens PLC combined with an industrial-grade LCD touch screen, offering straightforward operation and reliable performance.
- Rich historical records and data curves are stored and can be easily exported using commonly used SD cards or USB drives. Optional remote control allows for remote viewing.
Model Configuration:
On a standardized platform, the SFK intelligent water and fertilizer integrated control machine offers two operable models and five variations. Users can choose from these options based on site conditions to achieve full control over the irrigation and fertilization process. This ensures timely and precise supply of water and nutrients to crops, aiming to achieve the goal of maximizing returns with minimal investment. Additionally, the control system can be customized according to user requirements and actual site conditions.
